After 6 years of successful incubation into a budding equity crowdfunding player in ASEAN, Netrove exits its investment and incubation program by selling on its entire holding to an Australian financial services group.
Netrove’s Chairman & CEO, Mr Max KS Teh, who took a very hands-on role in incubating CrowdPlus in the last 2 years, wished the CrowdPlus Crew and their new owners and management well in their pursue of success in equity crowdfunding.
Netrove’s exit from CrowdPlus also represents the first exit by any owner or investor in the equity crowdfunding space in Malaysia.
