Pixel Interactive Media Ltd, (AIM: PIXL), a leading Asia focused online advertising sales company, announces that at the Group’s Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, including the Tender Offer set out in the circular to shareholders on 12 January 2010.
The last day of trading of the Group’s Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 11 February 2010 and the cancellation of trading on AIM will be effective from 7.00am on 12 February 2010.

Netrove was appointed to the panel of MDeC, a Malaysian government agency which directs and oversees Malaysia’s national ICT’s initiatives, to evaluate proposals in relation to grants offered by MDeC. This appointment is in recognition of the track record and industry knowledge of Netrove as an investor and advisor in the technology sectors in the region.

Netrove exited its investment in FoaMasters International, one of the largest foam manufacturers in China, following a privatisation exercise whereby the public float shares were bought back by the controlling shareholders. Netrove also advised on the privatization.

Hong Kong – Pixel Media has embarked on a joint venture with Fifth Media JSC with the opening of two offices in Vietnam aimed at owning a slice of the growing online ad market.
Pixel Media Vietnam will be headed by general manager Robin Hii who will lead a team of business and sales managers based in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The company will build website partnerships with local web publishers and establish close working relationships with advertisers and agencies as well as develop cross network sales opportunities.
