BOARD OF ADVISORS

Mr Steven Shen, is the President and one of the founders of the Dynax Electronics Group of companies in China and Hong Kong and is a successful entrepreneur. Mr Shen has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor, digital media and electronics industry in Asia. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Prior to setting up the Dynax Group, he was the General Manager of a major distributor for Advanced Micro Devices.

Mr Tay Wee Kwang, an engineering trained entrepreneur, Mr Tay is one of the founders and key management executives of EnerSave Holdings Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore. He has extensive experience in the construction, engineering, technology and interior businesses in Asia particularly in China and Singapore. Mr Tay holds an MBA from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, Institution of Engineers Singapore and Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.

Mr Nicholas Norris, a leading corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions lawyer in the Greater China region having practiced for more than 15 years in Asia. He is a senior partner at Simmons & Simmons, an international law firm with offices worldwide including Hong Kong and Shanghai. Mr Norris is a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Growth Enterprises Market (GEMS) which approves listing applicants for the GEMS technology and growth board in Hong Kong.

Mr Anthony Fan, is the former Managing Partner of AsiaTech Ventures, one of the leading tech-focused venture capital firms in Asia. He was responsible for investing and divesting some of the "star" deals including Eachnet, a leading online e-commerce and auction site in China. He has extensive investment, corporate finance and management experience having previously held many senior management positions including being the Managing Director of Ta Fu Limited, listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Before that Mr Fan worked for Nomura as Head of Greater China Corporate Finance in charge of its primary and secondary equity capital markets. He is also an independent Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed Raymond Industrial Limited. Mr Fan holds an MBA from the University of Dallas, USA.

Dr Dennis Kim, is Netrove's Senior Advisor in Korea, with expertise focusing on chemical, material and component technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. His knowledge in this field is widely recognized and presently, he is the Senior Advisor to the Korea Consultancy Association which is responsible for assessing various technology and business models, to aid the Korean Government. He has extensive sector and corporate finance experience including the Managing Director for Cambridge Corporate Advisors, a M&A boutique partly owned by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation of Japan and CEO for Platinum Partners Inc., an investment bank providing consultancy services on technology, industry, commercialization, marketing and cross border financing. Dr Dennis holds a Ph.D in Natural Science from the Seoul National University.


VENTURE PARTNERS

Mr Chu Tzu Ming, has held a variety of positions in various finance and corporate postings including working most recently as a Management Consultant with AT Kearney Inc, based in its South East Asian offices advising many regional companies on their business strategies and expansion plans and projects.

He spent some time with listed venture capitalist/incubator, Techpacific Capital Ltd in Hong Kong. Mr. Chu also worked as an enterprise applications consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Kuala Lumpur for a number of years, focusing on Oracle Applications and Databases and implemented various projects for its clients.

Mr. Chu holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of New South Wales, Sydney and also graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) from Exeter University, England.

Mr Eng Ging Kiat, started out as a tax practitioner with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Department in 1982 and in 1989 he left to join PriceWaterhouse Coopers as a tax consultant and in 1991 began his career with the Hong Leong Group first as part of the Hong Leong Group's Group Management Team based in its head-office in Kuala Lumpur. In 1993, he was seconded to Hong Kong to start-up Hong Leong's air-conditioning business in Greater China.

During his 10 years at Hong Leong, Mr Eng acquired operational, P&L management and regional exposure in terms of starting-up, building and growing an international distribution business with network of channels and alliances in Asia, the US, Australasia and Europe and closed numerous key contracts for McQuay International.

Mr. Eng graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 1982 and is a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.


TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS

Mr CK Tan, ex-CTO of NuSuara, is a veteran on NLP and IVR software and applications having spent his early years in Silicon Valley starting up various tech ventures

Mr Vincent Chan, CEO & Founder of Yoric, is a senior open source software and system architect with in-depth experience on customised solutions

Ms Chin Min Ming, CEO & Founder of DeltaKnot International, is an expert on network and identity security systems and applications
